I know that staying healthy seems hard. The good news is that it isn’t really hard at all.
In fact, I’m going to teach you how simple health habits can run in the background of your mind without you even knowing it. Just like brushing your teeth or washing your hands, you are going to create automatic behaviors that will deliver health and vitality while helping you avoid disease and disability.
Get ready to get healthy — without even thinking!

John's Talks
I’m going to improve your health without you knowing it.
Getting healthy really isn’t that hard once you learn how to approach it. It doesn’t have to involve weighing your food, counting your steps or depriving your tastebuds. I’ll start you off with a paradigm shift and then teach you how to build life-long, health habits that will become completely automatic.
You will walk away feeling empowered and ready to start your new journey toward physical, mental and emotional health. This could be the most important appointment you have apart from your next doctor’s visit.
Add some health to your resume.
What would you say if I told you that your health could get you that next promotion? You don’t have to be a fitness model or marathon runner, for your health to make you stand out among your peers. The fact is that your health can play a significant role in your energy level, concentration, and relationships at the office or on the job.
I will explain how a healthy lifestyle will affect your work and improve your career, while making you more energetic, creative and optimistic. Best of all, it can happen without you even thinking about it!
Romancing Your Health
Believe it or not, your health directly impacts your love life. Whether you have been married for 25 years or you have just started dating, your physical health is a key indicator of your relational health. You don’t have to be a fitness model to kindle the fire of romance, but your overall health will certainly help to fan the flames.
I’ll explain how your health impacts your energy, your optimism and your hormone levels that lead to romantic attraction and compatibility. Best of all, I’ll show you how to easily establish healthy habits that will lead to lasting attraction.
Your willingness to provide insight and share your expertise are much appreciated!

John's Book
This book is ground breaking. Most health books today are just too technical or time-consuming to follow for more than a week. Brainless Health tells people how they can avoid tubes, monitors, pills and wheelchairs — if they will apply simple lifestyle habits to their daily life. People are not dumb, they are busy and getting healthy usually feels like it will take more time and attention than most people have to spare. That's why this book focuses on the brainless things that we don't have to think about. Once we adopt them, they will just fit into the background of our life the same way as brushing our teeth. After that point, people are free to add any other health behaviors that they want. I try to 'keep it simple stupid' and tell it like it is. I cover so much brainless ground that everyone and their cousin should find a tip or two that will change their life.
I hope that you will read Brainless Health and then share it - photocopy it - quote it and certainly buy it for your family and friends because at the end of the day - we all need our health!
